I have opened BGH6 area6.mpb in Deadly dozen  Laughing  Cool I was looking for some tiles with some snow and greenery together when i opened nworld in DD1 and browsed to Activision where the BGH6 files are and opened Maps/area6.mpb. I then moved Tex3, Tiles3, and Objects/Area3 to The Deadly Dozen folder.
When i reopend the map it asked for arrow in Objects/Editor and after i put that in it asked for sky4.tga so in that went.
DD1 doesn't have a sky4.tga in the sky.za file Surprised I wonder if they knew i was going to come along and put one in there for them Laughing
Seems to me i could convert the whole game maps from BGH6 to DD1, DD2, and on and upwards to WWII
All i want are the tiles and textures though for my newest map.

Isn't that always the case?  You want one thing but come up with about everything else ... except what you need?  Laughing

Still, it sounds cool about being able to do the map for the various games.

Yes i never knew this before. I knew you could open the hunting game maps with nworld from DD1 but to save them and open them actualy in the DD1 Maps folder is something new to me.
For years now i have been saying you never stop learning something new in these games. Whoever programmed them in the first place was brilliant. Even the graphics are far ahead of their time, much better trees and bushes than Call of Duty games.

That is quite interesting.  Cool

I always have used LOS nWorld to open the hunting maps and go from there with conversions.

I did try DD1 nWorld on the Luge game and that Ultimate Deer Hunt one that I discussed a few months ago.

I have never tried the LOSV editor. Possibly you could play those maps in LOSV as well.
I kept bumping into invisible objects Laughing Probably the animals you are supposed to hunt. I wonder if you could play the DD1 models in BGH6 instead of BGH6 into DD1

Well, because of you and KingD ... I picked up LOSV and EWV (and very happy I did).  Very Happy

Now it looks like I might have to consider DD1; but never would I have considered that I might have to pick up BGH to play DD games.  Laughing
